 These are threads of knitting wool wrapped tightly around a drinking glass.
I sort of attached (not with a proper coupler ring, but with a partial neoprene can cooler) an old broken 50mm lens in front of my 50mm lens - reverse, of course.

Postprocessing: very little, other than cropping. The colors actually came out THAT bright without help.

Is this one of those multi coloured 'feather' dusters made out of nylon fibre? Wonderful colours anyway,good detail and I like the diagonal composition.
