| First of all I don't think you should say this is a "poor attempt". It causes the voter to think it is not a good photo, look for flaws and perhaps vote you down. I like the patterns and the colour. The left side is a bit distracting and out of focus. Maybe if you had cropped that off. |

Never ever title your challenge 'poor attempt'...you leave it to the viewer to stretch their imagination even further as they (those that do read titles) start with a negative perception.
It is a little bit on a darker side, at least it comes across that way for me.

| Hey, is that a bathmat or a car mat? ;D Good focus - after the challenge, all this needs is one funky filter of some sort and it will be totally psychedelic. |
