The blurred leaves at the lower left don't really help. A little more light on the chair, and more vivid greens on the needles could make it more effective, IMO.

Move the chair to the right just in front of the sunny spot on the trees and you've got a winner.

This gives a nice tranquille, inviting and cosy feel. Losing some of the trees on the right would probably increase this effect. All that's needed is a side table with an overturned paperback and a jug of something cold.

Looks like a nice place to stay cool :) The out of focus area on the left distracts from the picture. It keeps drawing my eye to that section.
