Not sure if you were trying to catch some Motion Blur, I think a faster shutter speed may have done you better as the Fella across the road is a bit blurred too.
Maybe you could have clonned him out.

| I think this would be more effective if it were a horizontal shot. It was good to place him in the left of the frame, but there's still not a whole lot of room for him to "go" & you would have more of that with a horiz. view. |
