 Set up a candle and a coaster on my living room table. Zoomed in to the center of the coaster which was reflecting the candle light. Other light was natural from the window. Used manual aperture setting from my old Sigma 70-230mm k-mount macro zoom lens at f/11.

Post-processing: using PScs2, applied adjustment layers curves, levels, rotated and cropped.

This one got my attention, but I would like to see it rotated 90 deg. anti-clockwise for more effect. Also, although not allowed in this comp, it would be more dramatic with the scratched on the "brass" cloned out.
