| Oooh, this is one of those giant kite things, right? I've seen these around here before. You captured it really well here, especially in this angle, how it seems to give him wings ;) also loving the burst of red in an otherwise pretty mute color palette. Very nicely done! |

| C'mon, you can't post this with no explanation. This guy's whacky even for CA. It's not a bizarre hang glider (that thing would not fly), so what is it? And is he carrying a surfboard as well as this magnificent plumage? If so, I'd love to see what happens when he's in the water ... do you have another shot of that? |
