 My first attempt at processing used dodge and burn and the cloning brush. I'm pretty happy with the eye ( could be shaper) but not the surrounding fur :( It looks much better in the thumnail than full size. But it is an improvement in processing to my other entries :) Here's hoping this will count towards Olympians score

Thanks for my only comment Deannda and the 8 :) no I just have a point and shoot so I got up real close to my cat, all my cats are pretty good abouit it! The red line down the side is a vein and funnily enough my nine year old's critique was to get rid of it too! Maybe I should have listened to her!

Whoa, that's one yellow eye! How did you ever get your cat to sit still long enough for you to get that close, LOL :) I'm guessing a long lense. :)

Nice clarity, focus and sharpness around the eye but then in the eye it gets really soft to me. And that red line down the side is really distracting. An 8
