 The scene was acctualy a "candid". I was on my way out, trusty camera at hand, when I noticed the light and started taking pictures of my shoes, then the phone rang and low and behold, I never made it down the stairs.

can't really see them let alone make them out as yellow.

I'm taking your word for it that those shoes are yellow. On my monitor, I really can't tell the color.
