Dasan M. running on the beach at sunset, age 4. Visiting my friend Nico and her family. First stay in LA.

Taken with a Canon Powershot A50. I loved that little thing, you could have thrown it at a brick wall and it would have kept on gonig. I travelled a lot even then, and it never failed me. Sweet little beauty it was.

Out of the camera not much different, added contrast and glow and sharpen after resize. No exif data other than date, so I cant tell you what it was.... I should get extra points because it was an A50 and only 1.3mp though! Proof positive that its not the camera but the photographer that makes all the difference. LOL! This picture is blown up and hanging in both Nicos house and my own, and is the fondest memory I have of that trip...

Not sure what processing you did but I don't like the haloing effect around everything.

nice light, but a bit too much glow effect for my taste. Taking a lower camera standpoint would have emphasised the small boy against the big pier and waves.
