Lovely photo of one of my favourite subjects. I wonder why the green is more on the light side? Mossy gardens tend to look green.

I think I know this place, and if so, you have done a marvelous job catching it perfectly. Well done. I can truly feel the texture of the place ... part of it's lighting, part composition, part colors. I am delighted you resisted over sharpening. The photo demonstrates a looser definition of texture that DPC voters may embrace. I fear it won't be voted as highly as i think it should. I hope I'm wrong. Among my top 10. Hope it ribbons.
