The challenge was to take a picture of a movie scene and you took a picture of a movie title. Not the same thing imo. Also - it's not a very visually appealing shot. The grease turns into white spots on the camera and frying food is generally "ugly" (no offense to your photography, only to this particular photo lol) |

until the movie came out I didn't know about fried green tomatoes..being from the north people here would quarter them and put them up like dill pickles. Looks delicious..nicely composed. |

I've tried these, and I just don't like them all that much. Perhaps with a creamy dill sauce, they would improve. This shot is nice and up close. The lighting seems just a tad harsh. |

I can even hear them sizzling :-) I saw this film 5 or 6 times, it used to be one of my favourites, and I do remember this scene. Good depiction. |
