I would just like to say that I was going to upload a different verison with the analog stick cleaner and in sharper focus, but missed the deadline by two minutes. Oh well.

I like the DOF on this shot, but also overall. I think on its own the image might struggle if not placed in context, but thats not what this is about. Well done on a nice image and great idea.

I can tell that this would have been a really interesting perspective but the shallow depth of field leaves you wondering what the heck this is. If you didn't say this was a joystick, I wouldn't have known.

Great idea. I would have made sure the thumbstick was a little cleaner. :) Plus, it might have been good to have the whole thumbstick in focus. Exaggerating the colours of the buttons may have added much interest.
