Originally I was planning on enter this into the Textures IV challenge, but decided it doesn't have enough texture in it.
Nevertheless, it became an interesting abstract study for me and I am very aesthetically pleased with the result. The glowing quality of the light, the lines, and the shallow DOF really make me love this shot.
I wish I would have taken this before the abstract macro challenge.
