Rather unusual subject for you, but turns out very well. Congrats on the fourth.

A most exciting image with a surreal feel and indeed an almost eerie mood setter. Congratulations on your Top Five finish, Leslie.

WaY to go, Leslie! I used to race motocross - this pic brings me back like the smell of 2 stroke exhaust. :) Congrats!

Congrats on another high placement, Les. I really like the stop action, but most of all the overall tones. You have a gift for turning the ordinary into a really spectacular visual.

You scored a 10 from me as well... The editing really captured the mood of this piece so perfectly! I was floored when I saw the original. DAYUM you're good girl! :-) Congrats on your top 5 finish (again)!

You are just so amazing at turning "ordinary" into "extraordinary" ! ! !

I am one of your 16 Tens. I absolutely loved this. I am not into motocross but the contrast of dust and the earth with the jumping bikes just swept me away. Fabulous Darling. Love it.

Congratulations on your high score. (I prefer the original, though.)
Great capture.

Excellent capture, cuz! I love the processing, you've managed to enhance the action aspect somehow.

Looks over processed to me with alot of detail lost because of it.

A superb composition of a well captured moment. The sense of action is omnipresent, its force emphasized by the contrast. The hot colour tones make the impact perfect. 10. Adding to favs.

8 - Good capture. Processing/toning works well here in my opinion. Difficult, but perhaps a fraction more 'lightness' (for more 'pop') and a more finely tuned crop, especially at the top, may have made this even better in my opinion.

The distance compression of a telephoto is a bit too much here. It looks a bit weird. I like the color and the way the light works (except for the highlight blowouts). 8

This is spectacular. It's so severe. Everything about it is perfect.

To me, this is a clear winner. Unfortunately for you (though maybe not this time) that usually means about 19th place or so. Good luck - this is a marvelous photograph!

Masterful composition, thumbnail preview had me thinking this was going to be a collage. I like your choice of the sepia like treatment. Motocross usually has you thinking bright colors, but this really works. My top pick of the challenge, good luck!

very very cool composition. i love the positioning of each rider in the frame. unfortunately, for me the post processing is a little over done. but, then again, the high contrast kind of adds to the shot. 9

very well done photo.... post p is great.. composition is right on....really stretching to find a comment that would better this great shot.... maybe a little less contrast would have helped with the whites. great job
