Looks like the boys are having a good time. Composition works. Exposure is fine. A little grainy, but not bad. Seems just a little flat. Did you boost the contrast at all? Anyway, good luck in the challenge.

It would have been more interesting to me if you included a view of some of the skaters in action. It is generally not a great idea to show everyone in a group of people looking off-camera unless you involve the viewer by showing what everyone is looking at, or unless one of the subjects is looking at the camera in some way which draws the viewer in, or looking off in an unexpected direction that adds something humorous to the shot. This sort of shot tends to be very impersonal to the objective viewer.

I'm not much for receiving or giving comments, but since Candids are
near and dear to my heart, I have decided to give comment on every entry
in this challenge.

I like the b/w conversion. The lighting is good. Decent focus. I don't find a lot of interest here though in the faces. I think I would rather see what they are looking at. LOL...It's an ok candid. Just a 5 for me though.
