walked up pretty high to get this shot. honestly i don't the person, and they didn't know i was there, but i have seen this shot before in a climbing guide book, but haven't ever taken it myself. now i will bring all my friends there and shoot them. anyway darkroom includes some slight rotation, color adjustment, curves, cropping, sharpening - twice i think, then save and submit.

execellent print - sell it to one of those motivational poster companies - the composition / lighting / depth / contrast - it's all working for you - good job.

your subject's a bit too far away for me to really get to know him...beautiful vista, but not enough to raise your score. if your score isn't where you would like it to be, you might want to read this thread.

I don't usually like comments or give them, but since candids are near and dear to my heart, I have decided to comment on every photo in this challenge.

This is ok. It's missing something for me though. I think the landscape is too nice and kind of takes away from the man himself. The eye wants to go right, and to the snowy mountains rather then to the man. This takes away from the photos story a bit. Still a nice capture though.
