Yea, i "think" that's where the heavy crop is hurting it. Just not enough resolution there to pickup on the smaller bushes budding.

I have been following this thread, and watching this shot keep getting better. I'm sure it would be better had this been your original shot instead of having to crop so much. My biggest problem with it is the blurred bushes/weeds/whatever in front of the trees.
