I like the limberness of this man's body and the elasticity of his left leg....I feel as if, if you dropped him, that's how things would fall into place...

Very well composed image with great use of natural lighting (I know, it's all natural outside, but I guess the timing was right and you exposed well for it is what I'm saying.). Critics will be hard pressed to find something that you "should have changed" on this one. ;^) Wait I know, the crop/framing is a bit tight at the bottom...needed to leave more room for the shoes. Sorry, couldn't resist. Good luck in the challenge.

Strong detail, and excellent post work. It perhaps lacks a sense of a real dynamic? Something, at any rate, that doesn't put it quite into the top echelon of things.

I don't usually like comments or give them, but since candids are near and dear to my heart, I have decided to comment on every photo in this challenge.

This is good, but needed more focus on the face. It also could have used some nice tones in a deep sepia, at least to me anyway as that is just my own liking for these types of shots. Tones bring out the mood more to me then shots left unaltered as this one. Also, glasses and hats. A candid photographers worst nightmare. The hat here is ok, as it gives off a mood and fits well for this shot, but those glasses obscure the emotion and leave part of the story untold. A 4 vote from me.

My one and only 10 of the challenge. This is one of the very, very few shots that really captured the true meaning of the challenge, in my opinion. You've captured someone in their element, apparently unbeknownst to them. And on top of that, the photo tells a story. I almost feel like I have heard his life story by viewing the photo. I hope this is wearing a ribbon next week!

This is one of my choices for a ribbon. I just love everything about it. You've captured the essence of, what appears to be a stylish indigent, without resorting to selective desat or a grunge effect. The composition is very active and full of color without appearing busy or overwhelming.

It's so "perfect", in fact, that I have my suspicions about how candid it is. I've never seen a homeless person in such attire; nor have I seen one drinking their beer without a paper bag. I guess I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and give it a 10.
