This is a great pose, and am sure you would have preferred his eyes open, yes, but such is real life.
A 10% bump in brightness & contrast adds a lot to this.

| I love this shot.Love his freckles,and how,with the shot close up,you focus on his eyes,nose and mouth. Great work.Eyes closed works fine,we dont always smile with eyes open. |

I'm not much for receiving or giving comments, but since Candids are
near and dear to my heart, I have decided to give comment on every entry
in this challenge.
Not one of my top pics. It's cropped too tight for me, and is a nice portrait, and I do like the tones, but its a bit too ordinary for me as a candid. |

| Very nice.. the crop is just right, too. Seems like full color would take away from this. Definitely a top entry, imo. :) |
