 Little Blue Dress, 2006

This dress has belonged to the model ever since she was 5 and now is well in to her teenage years. Both the model and the dress, to me, are considered old. The personality of the model is not one normally associated to that of a teenager, but rather one of a sophisticated adult. The ironic thing about this photograph is that the model is in a pose associated with youth and perhaps even akwardness.

Nice idea, but a bit of a stretch for the challenge IMO. The lighting might be a bit bright on the dress/legs, but looks perfect from the chest up. Unfortunately the model looks a bit spaced out, which detracts from otherwise well shot image.

to me this doesn't represent anything old, maybe the dress is, the model looks like she has an imaginary noose around her neck.... sorry but it is a 2 from me

I don't see anything old in this photo. Perhaps the dress is old but how is the viewer supposed to know that? Image seems a little dull, could use brighter lighting.
