Hang in there. The comments pretty much spell out your lessons: You have a good eye for image and composition and all you need do is back off on the processing. Use these tools ever so lightly and you will be fine. Pretty girl. |

Either a victim of makeup or NeatImage, either way there's something strange going on with her skin texture (way too much contrast around the eyes but no contrast elsewhere) |

way to over prossesed, to smooth almost to the point of being out of focus |

I think the lighting is way too harsh for her face, the reflections off her eyes, lips and teeth are really distracting. She looks like a pretty girl, the makeup is overdone and there appears to be too much neat image on her nose and cheeks. Sometimes natural is better. |

It's a nice portrait, although it would have been a better portrait to me if you didn't use that much NI and oversharpened the eyes. I've the feeling this one would look better without it. |

I don't mean to sound harsh, but she looks like she is made of wax. The lighting isn't the best either; a bit too dark with harsh shadows. |

hm, the smile looks a little fake in my opinion and the editing makes her look a little plastic. the eyes and teeth seem over "suped" up. |

Very Britney Spears looking...but the PP has made her look very plastic unfortunately! |

Yep, those are some perfect teeth! The eyes look a little funny to me though. I'm not sure if they are just too sharp from post-process or an illusion do to the shine off of the make-up. Nice composition! |

Pretty lady, nice smile. Good crop and composition but too much noise reduction or smoothing applied to the skin for my taste. |

This seems quite underexposed. I like the way her hair frames her face. I think you could have cropped more off the top, down to the top of her hairline. |

Ms. Over Processed.
Lighting is not bad. Perhaps a little harsh, needs to be softened to get rid of the harsh shadows. |

very dark perhaps illuminate the face and hair a bit more to create more life ; very tight crop. and finally i think the make up is too strong but thats my taste. |

Her skin looks too plasticky, probably from too much smoothing in post-prod? Seriously, I had to study the photo for a second to determine whether or not she was a mannequin. |

the entire image looks fake. seems as though you have overprocessed it making it gallons worse than what it could have been. |

I don't know if it was post processing or the natural appearance of your model. But the teeth and the eyes are unnaturally bright and detract from an otherwise worthy photo. Crop might be a little tight. |

I think the composition is good.
The use of a NI-like technique does, unfortunately ruin this shot for me. It is over processed including the whitening of the eyes. |

Is this a real person? If it is it looks fake and very plastic like. The eyelashes looks like spikes and the mouth and eyes look glossy and sort of slimy. If it is a real model she looks like if she relaxed and posed in a more comfortable way and you did less post processing you could make a nice portrait. |

First of all, let me say you have a very cute model. That said, this shot could use a bit of work. You have too many reflections that are detrimental to this shot and are distracting. Mainly in her lips, teeth and the shiny eye liner. Part of this is the lighting and P/P and some of this is the models makeup. Otherwise a nice shot...

Too much neat image? Where's the texture in her face? And why her the whites of her eyes bluish and too bright? On a positive note, her teeth look great... |
