hi,
my daughter finaly catched to pose for a 10 seconds
the black spot under her eye was not intentional, she was painting something before our mini session, and i didn't want to wipe that off just because of the photo

Hola! Greetings from the Critique Club.

You know, this may have been a bit too much on the emotive side for this challenge. I seems that the statement pics in this challenge didn't really fare too well.

I understand the way you processed it was for a purpose, but I just flat don't like it. Might be harsh, but I'd rather let you know how I really feel about it. The negative space did work well.

I think having a more sad face, and having the subject looking at the viewer with those sad eyes would have done this good.

The face looks a bit over processed. But the focus, contrast, lighting and copmosition are all very good.

she does look liek a doll, dont she?
the light seem just a tad harsh reflected at the hair area.

excellent. I keep going back and forth as to whether this is a neatimaged girl or a doll. But her right eye gives away that this is a girl. Isn't it? Anyway, this picture is a poem.
