| I think this would have been a much stronger entry if more attention had been paid to the background and lighting. The paperclip also detracts from the concept of 'age' or being old. |

| Ebay item #89433282. The towel as background really accentuates the quality of an ebay listing. This is an interesting subject but more thought needs to go into the composition to make the image stand out. I suggest unless you are setting up a beach or bathroom still-life or using it in a beach or pool portrait, never, never, never use a towel as your background. NEVER! |

| The blue terrycloth towel is reflecting unwanted color onto your subject, and it's not covering the upper left corner of your image either. Something white or more neutral would probably serve you better. |

| A great subject for the challenge, but technically unimpressive in most regards. The flat blue colors are unappealing, the inclusion of the paper clip seems thoughtless, the blue towel is a poor choice for a "filler"...I just feel that the picture could have been better handled. |

| Love the catalog and the way you've positioned it. Would like to see a more simple, flat background such as a wall, paper, or something more discrete than a towel. |
