Good concept, the red seems a bit flat, like there's no detail in it. For some reason, I find the red channel prone to overexposure in digital, perhaps 1/3 to 1/2 stop less exposure might have helped.

I know what you were trying to do. I'd just like the colours to 'pop' a bit more and the reflection down the bottom on the leaf is a bit distracting. I might crop out the darker bits of the plant as well.

One of the reasons I didn't enter this challenge was because I was not creative enough to think of a picture that exhibited complementary colors and didn't involve a flower... I see that you too have failed at at least one of these. There is what looks like a flash spot on the leaf... This is a bad artifact in a photo. 4

3 - Tweaking of colors and variation in composition make this better in my opinion. Bigger would have helped you too.
