The only real color I see here is red. Its usual complement is green, and I don't see any of that. The water is nearly black, with very little blue. A nice composition, but it doesn't seem to me to fit this challenge.

The line made by the barrier is nice but there is no color to complement the red

good spotting! If you increased the saturation a bit just to make the red 'pop' a bit more I think you'd have a winner!

3 - Like the capture, composition and perspective. Coming across more red than orange to me. A tweaking of the colors, including hue, may have given this a little extra for this Challenge in my opinion.
