Sorry but this seems to be taken at the wrong time of day, the harsh midday sun makes for an uninteresting sky and boring shadows, this would have looked much cooler if it were shot at dusk or dawn in the golden hours.

Interesting... Where is this? I don't recognise the building. If that is the south carolina flag below the american flag, I'm totally clueless as to where you are.

Interesting scene -- your composition has everything centered though, which just doesn't give the eye a nice flow throughout the image.

Not really a fan of the view out of this window. Symmetry can be an unimaginative way to compose a photo and it hasn't worked here, especially as the window is not straight on. Quality of light isn't amazing and the sky isn't particularly interesting.
