nice, try to crop the black out and maybe remove the guy other wise nice
05/01/2006 07:14:43 PM
I think it would work better without the person.
04/30/2006 11:35:01 PM
the guy ruins the photo
04/30/2006 05:45:00 PM

interesting shot, it may be better with out the person in the foreground and the lighting a bit different on the window.
04/30/2006 12:27:58 PM
Really nice colours and composition. I'm not sure that the figure adds to it. Maybe he should be doing something that tells more of a story?
04/30/2006 11:44:47 AM
Why does he look so scared/in pain!?
04/30/2006 09:14:51 AM
happy face instead of a title because you couldnt cxome up with one :P
fits the challenge, nicely shot, good ocmposition. but what is he doing ?

Such great colours and super composition. I wish there was no odd reflection in the window, and that you hadn't chopped off the elbow of the boy, as I think this would deserve a 10 and a ribbon without those niggly things. Nonetheless a good image and I'm scoring it as such.
04/30/2006 01:28:10 AM
Good job. I think cropping out the black at the bottom and not cropping the boys left arm would have made a stronger image. 8.

great color! would have like the simplicity of it without your model
04/29/2006 05:05:29 PM
this caught my eye i like it
2 things i noticed that could be improved are that the picture looks fun but the suject looks frightened to me maybe he could be trying to peer through the window
and it seems crooked, i'm always guilty of that myself

Nice composition and bold colors. The guy in the corner is amusing, but, at least for me, I think that maybe this would have worked even better without him, and with a slightly higher crop to exclude the black line down below, which I think would have simplified the overall composition and given you a stronger photo.

Excellent!

I really dont know why the guy is in the shot. Or maybe a different pose, or something. Good find though, nice colors.
04/29/2006 12:54:34 PM
this would have been much better if the entire arm was in frame

It is really original. The composition is very nice.It really meets the challenge. The colour and light are ok..
Only something, IMO, to make it better: the light on the left corner of the picture and the "square" on the left corner of the window.

Great composition and concept. The photo needs a slight clockwise rotation, but not much.
04/29/2006 02:17:23 AM
Definitely one of the top images in the group. The colors work well. Good luck in this challenge ;)
04/29/2006 01:50:11 AM
I think the photo would have been better with just the window. I like the colors though!
04/27/2006 06:42:51 PM
House moving?
Nice and clean colours.
04/27/2006 06:29:50 PM
Very original and well done. There seems to be a bit of a tilt but on big deal at all. 9
04/26/2006 11:13:35 PM
good shot
i feel it will be better if you remove the man or include more of him
04/26/2006 10:16:42 PM
Love the idea. I think I'd like him standing there not in an awkward pose.
04/26/2006 09:40:26 PM
This actually works for me, and I think it is a really good image, that suits this challenge.....
04/26/2006 06:15:50 PM
Great. Very creative and true to the challenge. I might have considered just the window and a bit of the wooden wall.
04/26/2006 03:29:43 PM
would like this better without the person in it
04/26/2006 01:24:30 PM
I would have like this shot more without the person in it
04/26/2006 12:11:29 PM
I think the red wood and the green window on their own would have made a stronger impact. Nice colours.
04/26/2006 10:28:45 AM
This is a great find, but I would rather have seen it without the guy in it. While it absolutely meets the challenge, my attention is drawn from the building to the guy with his elbow chopped off. I think you would have pulled a much higher score with the window down and left just a hair, no guy and crop th eblack line off the bottom. Just sharing my thoughts, and still a very neat capture.
04/26/2006 09:51:29 AM
i love the colors but i am not sure why you have him posed like that
04/26/2006 06:24:26 AM
3 - The boy detracts from the simplicity of this image, but depends what you were wanting to achieve. This shot with just the wall/window and a nudge rotate up on the left, likely 6-7.
