Nice use of DOF, and the colors jump off the screen. |

As a kid, I really loved pansies. |

Your title says it all. Thee are so many that it is tough for one to stand out over the others. Try finding a way to get a solid background. |

A horizotal without the pansies out of focus in the background would have worked better for me- or even better eliminate them all together would have made an even better. overall very very nice |

HOWEVER. . .they are not "just a bunch of pansies" because they are so vibrant and healthy. . .AND they are photographed to absolute perfection! They look 3-dimensional with the depth of field you've chosen. Very well done!!! 9 |

Just a bunch of pansies, but you made them interesting with good use of DOF. - 7 |

Very nice use of DOF...nice soft colors. I like how the background blends with the colors in the flowers. Flows very nicely for me |

Nice colour, can't help but think it would be better with the out of focus flower in the background cropped out. |

Great coloring. IMHO I think I would have cropped it tighter. |

Distracting OOF pansies at top. Better to have removed them or have a different crop. |

I think maybe this would be improved by a tighter crop, removing the two flowers in the back. |

6 - A little less green 'somehow', and a variation in composition/framing, make this even better in my opinion. Like your title. |

that's a really nice shot...nice dof...I like the comp, only thing is I think it looks a little 'flat'. maybe some levels and curves and saturation would have made this really pop |
