House Prices are souring in the UK at the moment and first time buyers are struggling to get on the Property ladder.

Here are four apartments for sale in one building. I liked the simplicity of the image with the for sale signs and a bicycle, I just hope that other do as well..

If you let it this photo will tell you the story. Like I said I like the tone but maybe a tad more contrast would have benefited it a bit more...good simple shot...good work

Ian,
I like this image, it has a complexity and simplicity as well, great tones.
BTW - I spent quite a few childhood years in Liverpool and my dad used to take me down to Anfield reguarly, hence the 'southern scouser' tag I have!!

this one is/was a gem ... if it was possible why not taken with deeper perspective to see the railing in full depth ? and from frog perspective maybe ... that would be awesome, B&W is good choice

At first glance, this pic is no different from a Cartier Bresson photograph. However, I must tell u that u have been too lazy, composing this image-this one is incomplete, and perhaps, u should have croutched a bit more, had u wanted a better photo.

THe best angle for this photo was-croutch lower and move to the left a bit, and get the photo from a lower angle.

Best of luck my pal and must tell you-you have great talent in you, and must thank god for this special gift. Carry on photographing and open you eyes wider from now on!

Best of luck,

Shomee

Nice play on words for the title. Clear and crisp with great tones.

Took me a minute to put the title together with the real estate boom and bust. The bicycle threw me off. Creative shot, but newspapers are generally geared to those with a 9th grade education and this might go over thier heads. Clarify the title for me a bit.

I really like this photo. I think I would like it more in color or maybe selective desaturation. 7
