 This shot was taken on an amazing day along the coast. This statue, although surrounded by beauty, seemed to portray desolation.

Gorgeous shot... The B/W works really well too - adds to the desolate mood.

this shot made me think immediately of AI, which in itself, was very desolate! ;)
very eerily cool shot--love the composition--and love the monochromatic color. awesome work.

wow, great sculpture. i like the medium tones, but would like to see a little more range to bring out the clouds a bit.
