nice idea, but really shot at the wrong time of day. great composition and lovely colors, but the high sun is really blowing out the possible details and textures.

Image seems a bit soft on the roof, and the light is rather hard there as well. A polarizer would likely help.

Hmmm... a bit of a stretch to me. I'll admit that such shots run in some magazines, but we're taking a bit of a leap.

Not seeing a connection to the challenge. Too much focus in the foreground and the tip of the steeple/tower is missing. Great DOF
