OK, here you go. I liked this one quite a bit though the girl's outfit and ponytails make her too cheery for the topic. Great job capturing natural color - the girl's shirt, brick, peeling paint, wall. I also like the textures - metal, wood, brick. The cropping seems a little tight at top and at right, to me. What I like most about this is the "layered" effect that draws my eye through the doorway, into the room, and through the window to the boards. You've captured a lot here without it being too busy or distracting. Hope this helps. I'm no pro.

| Nice pic, but I don't feel a sense of desolation here. I feel more of a sense of being reborn or of potentially being brought back to usefullness. Maybe with an older model the feeling would have been darker. Still a very nice shot. |

| Better than saying "empty room", try to really show that empty room in the picture. |

I always want to be able to step in and explore

| the vigor and the healthy looks of the young girl drowns out any sense of desolation in the rooms. Actually conveys hope more than desolation. Great shot, good luck! |
