I know this probably won't do well, but I seen these cars always sitting there and I think it is kind of funny. Big Swat team. Kind of scary too. When you see them on TV you see this big black looking van with the military personel and then I seen this it gave me a chuckle.

These are not city owned.

Empty parking spaces may have been more effective. Lighting seems a bit drab. Perhaps a levels or brightness/contrast adjustment would help.

A different perspective on rising fuel costs; I figured somebody would do a shot on rising prices. You did a good job with the angle considering the cars weren't perfectly lined up.

I could see this shot big on the second or third page. But it probably wouldn't make it past the editor for an 'above the fold' image.

Needs a different angle to show just how many cars are sitting there. That'd make it much more newsworthy and less of a static shot of a car.
