| very nice detail without over sharpening. the lighting draws your eye to the top third of the thimble which adds interest and depth. |

| ALthough this thimble is unique looking the composition of this shot is not doing anything special for me. Try a tight marco crop mext time |

| I think if you tried to make a macro shot of the pattern, it would help a lot. Now it is just an isolated object and not very inetersting. The off-centered composition helps definately. |
