 Editing: Crop and rotate slightly; adjustment layers for levels, curves & saturation; flatten image; Exposure adjustment with gamma & offset; midtone contrast in the shadow/highlight tool; noise removal; resize; smart sharpen; save for web.

This is the roof line of a farm storage building not too far from my home. I had wanted to get some pictures of sand ripples for this challenge but when my husband drove me to the a sandy spot we know of, grass had grown all over the sand. Thought of going to the dunes but it was a rainy cloudy day and it wouldn't have photographed well. We just drove around and I took some pictures of sprinklers and this building. The light was bad but it did up pretty well in PS.

Simple object, but it captures the challenge theme perfectly. Good quality, nice colours. Very minimalistic.

Nice rhythm. I think you could crop some off the top cos the sky is rather plain. Still good. 7.

The sky and the subject are too close in color. A bright color behind it would have given it some punch or something. - 5

This is spectacular! The lighting, focus, composition/lines/curves, etc. Everything is spot on. Well done. 10 and into my Favorites.
