I really don't see what you found interesting in this shot. Looks like this suffered from camera shake. Steal some boxes from a homeless man if you have to but use something as a tripod. :P

It meets challenge, but that's about all I can say for it, sorry.

Was it raining?

Yikes! I don't know what to say...this photo obviously deserves a 10! Those who rate it less don't understand your genious. Keep up the good work.

Very blurry, I can't tell what's in the background. My focus also kept returning to the brighter patch of concrete in the foreground.

It would be great is something were in focus. Don't mean to be hurtful, but my eye has no place to rest.

I can see the point in the title. Is it your lens or the glass you were shooting through? It doesn't help the image I'm afraid :(

Yes, that's a night shot but I can't seem to find anything to hold my interest

I assume you intended this effect, but I'm sorry to say that it didn't make a very interesting or appealing picture. All this in my humblest opinion.

photo is severly out of focus, I think with a white balance it would look better. Also it appears there was some dust or dirt on the lens and the outside light was reflecting it on the lens.

I give it a 2
