I feel your comment is heavily uncalled for. Yes people can and should read the rules for submission but maybe it isn't as clear to everyone on the site. The member made a mistake or just used poor judgement but he, nor does anyone else, deserve your attitude and comment.
Members are here to learn and if people would take that into consideration and offer some constructive critism it would go a lot farther than comments such as yours. |

| Not great I'm affraid. Too Dark, too big in the boarder, and will get Disqualified due to the text. Sorry. |

| Great picture! I don't think the yellow border fits too well with the rose though. You may also be DQ'd because of the type. |

| adding text is a dq, sorry dude, read the rules next time around. the border would have killed your score regardless... |
