I think this is awesome!! I love it... did you do a time exposure at night? I like how you see the stars in the background too... cool shot! the light streaks are a little distracting to me, but i think it adds to the composition... another cool shot Ken!!!

I woud have approached it from a different angle, traing to mask the white pilon thing and just focus on the chimney and the sky.

After the second pass, I definately have to admit, the the detail and composition is extremly good. Such a pleasant picture. Bumping it up to 9.

Nice blurring of the steam. I think a tighter crop would be nice to get rid of the distracting yellow thing on the left hand side. Also, the glare from the lights are a bit extreme and fighting for attention with the cooling tower.
