Greetings from the Critique Club,
What I like: The colors, the textures are really wonderful, The wee little guy looking thru the doorway is certainly a bonus and adds the the mysteriousness of religion and seeking for truth. As does the darkness in the black area and then the light in which the person stands, this photo too me says a lot not only of Holy Places, but of the spiritual journey as well, I find it most enjoyable in that context.
What I do not like: It is a center cropped image but it is not even on the sides, need to crop it more precisely. Could also benefit from correcting the perspective so that the building does not lean in on top. I would also like to see the exposure a hair darker, or the light more golden, perhaps a PS filter? Or reduce highlights? Or could use the burn tool.
Just some thoughts hope they are helpful, sorry this one did not do a little better. |

cool place, but a little tightly cropped. also, you should've fixed the perspective to correct the converging lines. |

Nice idea but the lighting is a bit harsh. The angle could be made more interesting too. |

Probably a nice place, but to me it looks more like a snapshot than a photography.
Try a less tight crop if you want to use this light, this would probably enhance composition.
On the other hand, if you want to keep this crop, then it would have probably been better with a softer light. The sun is a bit too strong on this photo. |

Is it Ishtar gate? if you tried to make it perfect central it would've been killing shot. I love it. 9. |

And so it is. The toy blue of the sky sort of spoils it a bit - it's maybe a bit of a messy crop. Tricky... |

An interesting place. I imagine there are distracting visual elements nearby. It would be nice to have some sort of angle of view on the temple. Good work. |

center or crop correctly. Is the guy in there supposed to be in the picture? |

Interesting architecure. When photographing something like this straight on it would help if the composition were perfectly symmetrical, this is not. You could fix that with a better crop. |
