 Shot from the North of Bristol on top of the hill at Stapleton. The lights in the foreground are from traffic on the M32. Interesting layers of light leading to the background where the city centre is.

This is actually my first night shot using long exposures so I do not expect this one to do any better than usual! And it was a bit of a last minute thing too :-)

This is a GREAT vantage point for a night shot! The composition is excellent. You really should try this again and take it with several differing exposure lengths. Night shots tend to require less light than the camera tells you it needs.

I don't know if it's because I have a calibrated monitor but this picture appears to me as being washed out and way too bright :S Could also be just my tastes, I don't know.

Otherwise cool shot.

If the exposure had been darker I think it would help the image have more impact.

Looks like there is too much brightness and not enough contrast. I like the teerace effect, bout it could be a bit more sharp.
