Heh. I really like the tilt. This is a hot pic, and the tilt adds to the feeling of speed, imo. You know, like when you're on a motorbike, leaning into a corner. It makes the city look and feel faster, to me. Nice work!

to follow up on horizon tilt, this is obviously done on purpose here. And sometimes it can add to image.

Too busy, I would have cropped a lot shorter and kept the width to make it really interesting.

I woudl like it less changed in the PS. It seems to be very pushed in Shadow/Highlights or Curves resulting in a strange contrast.

Wonderful colors in this shot, but I do not like the tilt.

the tilt works nicely here, the exposure seems excellent. I'd probably have tried a longer exposure for more tail light streaks - guess I'm a streak fanatic ;-)

Wow, I love the photo, and the colors. The clarity is good. I wonder about the tilted horizon though. Makes me want to lean my head to the left to get a good look at it. I'd prefer it to be straight, but kudos to you for taking the chance.

I like the tilted angle. It works quite well with this shot.

Interesting perspective, the angle is a bit hard on the senses with all the color, but it does add to the sense of business. The photography is good, clarity seems right and the lights pop vividly. Nice photography.

Wow, this is a little different to most of them. I'm not sure about the slanted angle but it certainly makes it unique. I'm going to give this a 7 as I like shots which are a bit different.
