| Wow... great image. Lighting is excellent, the shadows and highlights giving the perfect mood. The softness you've achieved in post-processing (perhaps with NeatImage or similar) actually greatly enhances the whole effect, not always possible for all pictures. The writing is highlighted perfectly in the light, and your arm, and generally your whole position, works well to add to the mood and mystery of this photo. As far as the challenge would have gone, it would have worked excellently, not even knowing the title, because it has a real "movie poster" feel (the upper left edge adds to that feelling). If you'd have been able to enter this, I think it would have scored high. My honest score would likely have been 7. Congratulations. |
