Expression, lighting, colour and the leading line of the desk are all good. Good DOF putting the BG a bit OOF. Title is great.

The only thing I think would improve this would be to move the monitor that is by his head.

He does not look happy that you are taking photo of him... the photo is missing something to make it interesting don't know what it could be but it is something ... :)
