I'm sorry, but this doesn't jump out at me, it seems a little "blah". It's an interesting "grab" of time though.

A bit of a stretch on the topic as far as a traditional still life goes. Not sure if b/w works here very well. It seems to make it more bland. Can slightly see your reflection in the plexiglass.

This nearly meets the challenge - inanimate and arranged - but it looks more found than arranged.
