| How interesting - I was looking at this picture from my office, my sight slightly defocused... I can swear it became 3D! Very good shot. |

| I like the lighting, nice and soft, but like so many other entries I have a bit of trouble considering flame(s) as "still" or "inanimage" objects. |

| This meets the challenge – it’s inanimate and arranged. I'd have liked to see the lighting less flat, probably the clours less saturated, and more (apparent) effect of the candle flames on the ambient lighting. 6 |

| Lovely complimentary colours and the clarity of the capture of the flames is extraordinarily good. The apple and the seeds though seem to lack detail. Nice layout - overall one of the better entries in this challenge. |

| I love the subject matter. I think it could "pop" a bit more though (levels adjustment, maybe?). |
