very good. recalling the fact that a still life was originally a memento mori - a rememberance or consciousness of death. i do agree with the DOF comment, thought. i gave you an 8.

| Am put off by what looks like a dead deer, but the image is quite well done. Like your fabric choice. It adds a definite harvest flavor to it. 8 |

| This meets the challenge - inanimate and arranged. Very much so. Some beautiful textures and colours in there. Maybe the left side cutoff is unnecessary... a good 8 |

| The stuffed or dead animal here (I can't make out what it is) really spoils this for me - not just because it's a dead animal but because I can't place what it is or reconcile it's presence with the rest of the shot. |

I love the colours and the detail but this is a very busy image
I think it may have been better to take some of the item out |
