Cigarette or no Cigarette? That is the question. It's a fantastic photo with it, but in the back of my head I still think it's quite sad that you'd waste those years when you were given a second chance at life.

Surely one of the most interesting portraits !
B&W gives a special strength , this photo has a magic that hypnotize the viewer . Simply excellent !

This picture was unquestionably the very best of the challenge. I gave it a 10 without hesitation. The style, the crop, the B&W, the DOF, the smoke and your "Marlon Brando" look... absolutely superb. A favorite!

Amazed to see you score so low - had you down as my favourite portrait. I thought that you really captured a mood.

I Love this photo, I have come back to it over and over again to try to score it. I think that the cigarette, the scar, and the 5 o'clock shadow all require that this image had an edge to it. This was achieved through your use of noise in the image. It would would not have worked without it. Even the shallow DOF works. I know some people will give you !@#$ but I think this photo speaks about who you really are. Great job 10
