| The composition is really good. I don't think the lighting did you any favors though. It seems as though it washed out the sky and water. |

| Thanks for the helpful comments Amanda. I processed this shot a couple of years ago before I knew much about Photoshop (still have tons to learn). I have been briefly checking in on Bear Music's Landscape thread, put it on my watched threads list, and I intend to scrutinize it when I have the time to do it justice. |

| Wow! I wished so bad to go to BVIs while I was there, never got the chance, work and school, and when I finally got a week's vacation right before I came back to california, we visited puerto rico instead. I am definitely going some day though... Awesome shot! maybe try bear_music's sky and water gradient to boost this a little, also try USM, start at 25/60/0 and play around with it.... I love the composition and the smooth water, what a neat opportunity! |
