I love his music!
Did you try a fill-flash ? his face seems too dark..

To be honest this guy dosent look very hot though he may be a great musician. The colors are litle strange (guess the lightning havent been very good, but still you could have made some colorcorrection) and the face is compleatly shadowed wich is a great drawback. 4
