 I'm sure this is gonna get hammered for DNMC, but it really was a hot day and I was sweating when I shot this - plus, I couldn't resist entering this shot because it just turned out so doggone well. LOL Taken at the VA GTG at Shenandoah National Park.

Post Challenge:
I don't know WHAT I was thinking when I entered this... I was just so pleased that I got it to turn out exactly like I wanted it to, that I was driven to insanity and stuck it in the Heat Challenge. In retrospect, I would have voted this shot down for DNMC too. ROFL ;-)

PS: I'm still very happy with how the shot & editing turned out.

I think this isn't much about "heat", nore about "spring"... It is a nice shot nevertheless, and a good capture.

This composition needs a little work. The image quality is not very good. The subject matter could have been better. This picture could be a little more creative.
